RECRUITMENT FOR L&D MANAGERS/TECHNICAL TRAINERS JOB POSTIONS
We are looking to hire appropriately qualified candidates for the roles of L&D Managers/Technical Trainers.
Here are requirements for the job.

Job Summary Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in any applied sciences field, especially in engineering is required.
- Master’s will be a good advantage.
- The right candidate should posses global certifications like CMRP, CRE, CSSBB, CVA, CUT, CLA or PMP.
- The right candidate must have mature mindset and behaviour.
- The right candidate must live in Lagos, Nigeria and preferably around Ikeja, Lagos.
- Must have at least 7 years of relevant hands-on work experience in industrial setups.
- Must be very proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. A MUST!
- Must be able to write and present business proposals on behalf of our company.
- Must have a professional, visible and active online social media presence, especially on LinkedIn & Meta.
- Must be smart, charismatic, assertive, bold, confident and willing to lead teams.
- Must be willing to take care of the hardest jobs in the tightest of time lines.
- Must be willing to work out of station sometimes
- Must work with the BD team as their technical support to create new products and secure new accounts.
- Must work with the Admin/Operations team manage L&D and project schedules.
- The role has a great growth potentials up to C-suite depending on performance.
- There’s a great potential for part ownership in the future.
- The role will pay a minimum of N300,000 per month gross depending on the candidate’s capability, relevance of experience, and expertise.
- The role may earn extra for every project or training class successfully undertaken and was created by holders.
- The role will constantly keep records of & update all existing L&D documentation whilst creating more.
- The role is to engage in constant R&D to create new technical products, updates, and associated reading materials.
- The role will sometimes be WFH as to be agreed.

- The right candidate must be able to drive and have a valid drivers license.
- Decent and/or corporate dressing is recommended for each day at work.
